How VDI Works

VDI is typically offered as a subscription service and hosted on cloud infrastructure. The backend infrastructure, including virtual machines running desktop operating systems, is maintained by ChimeCore. Virtual desktops are then streamed securely to end-user devices. Our cloud provider handles maintenance, security, storage, and upgrades, while customers manage applications and desktop images.
